Original Hot Yoga

Original Hot Yoga (OHY) is a therapeutic style of Hatha Yoga from northern India from the Ghosh lineage consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is always a beginner’s series taught in a heated room for 60 or 90 minutes. We believe in using gentle, therapeutic infrared heat, it’s like a warm hug. Our teachers are OHYA certified and current in their continuing education. The best teachers are always learning!

Inferno Hot Pilates & HIIT classes

Inferno Hot Pilates, (IHP) is a 60 minute, high-inten­sity, low-impact work­out per­formed in a heated room. Fat burning and easy on the joints, this fun class creates results and it is the perfect compliment to your OHY practice! The class was created by the amazing Gabriella Wal­ters to heal and strengthen and create some serious self confidence!

Hot Slow Flow and Hot Vinyasa Flow with Music

Hot Slow Flow with Music This 60-minute, all-levels class is designed to help you build strength in a steady and intentional way. We take our time and allow the body to intuitively guide us to our edge. While slowly flowing, you will be given options to modify and advance your practice. Hot Vinyasa Flow with music (beginner/intermediate) – A slower paced vinyasa class focusing on proper alignment.

Yin Yoga

If you’re looking for a slow and more meditative yoga class to help you stretch and lengthen throughout the entire body, this is it. Yin Yoga stems from ancient Chinese medicine and works with the meridians of the body to target deep connective tissue (fascia), ligaments, joints, and bones. In this 75-minute heated class with music, we use props to make ourselves as comfortable as possible before holding passive floor poses for 3-5 minutes. Yin Yoga has been known to improve flexibility and circulation while reducing pain, stiffness, and stress. It’s a great way to start your week, and an even better way to prepare for a good night’s rest.
SSHY has yoga props but feel free to bring your own.
